We love that each new client is unique! To help tailor just what you are dreaming of for your letterpress needs, we like to get the most information about your style and exactly what you are drawn to.
Your Paperwheel Press Personality: Gather ideas + describe your vibe
Contact us and we will send you our worksheet to help us deduce Your Paperwheel Press Personality and find out a little bit more about you.. A quick questionnaire helps us to get to know you better to ensure a design absolutely perfect for you. We love to see links and photos of invitations you swoon over and the ones that make you cringe. (We love to get links from you from your clippings around the web.) The more information you can provide us the better!
Quote: ink + colors + quantity
Pricing for letterpress printing and design varies based on many factors: quantity, number of ink colors, type of paper and envelopes, deadline, and the complexity of the overall project to name a few. Paperwheel Press will provide a custom quote for your project. We are happy to work within nearly any budget to help craft something that makes you melt with a smile and brim with excitement.
Deposit + Design:
Once you have decided the basic details of your project, we will request a 20% deposit of the total cost. Then we start designing! We love to send you proofs throughout the process to ensure we are crafting your perfect piece.
Approve your Design:
We will send you a pdf proof via email. We are happy to provide two free proofs as you make changes to your design. (Any additional proofs will be billed at our hourly rate of design time.) When you have the perfect proof in your hands, we ask that you triple check every detail! We have custom plates made just for you, so changes aren’t easy or inexpensive after this point. (Paperwheel is not responsible for any errors that were on the approved proof.) We request that you approve and sign off on the proof and we are off to the presses!
Payment + Letterpress Time!
We are at the home stretch! At this point we request your final payment (less your earlier deposit.) We will make your custom plates (and are happy to keep these on file for you at no charge for future printing needs.) We will press your order and might even show you a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the process for extra fun!
Ship to you
Please confirm your shipping address at the time of your order. We will bundle your letterpress order with the care of a newborn, and send to you.
